Dr. Andrew D. Krouner is a graduate of Harvard University. He received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine. In 1988, Dr. Krouner completed his Ophthalmology residency at the Naval Hospital in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Krouner served in the United States Navy from 1982-1991, and was a Lt. Commander and Staff Ophthalmologist at Bethesda Naval and Portsmouth Naval Hospitals.
Dr. Krouner has a special interest in glaucoma treatment, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease and dry eye treatment. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Krouner has interests in sports, music, running and skiing.
